and then beyond across the Firth of Forth towards North Berwick in the distance.
The large lounge, in this Grade B Listed building, has spectacular sea views. It, like the rest of the property, benefits from having high ceilings, giving it a very spacious feeling. It has a feature fireplace and retains many of its traditional features such as ceiling cornicing and working window shutters.
The new large contemporary kitchen also enjoys superb open sea views. It is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine / tumble drier and has generous preparation areas. The dining room is right next to the kitchen.
There are two large bedrooms on the second floor. These both have wonderful sea views. Bedroom 1, with double bed, overlooks Cellardyke harbour and beyond along the coastline. Bedroom 2 is a family room, sleeping up to three.
