This is a beautiful holiday cottage in the heart of delightful Pittenweem.
It is a Grade B listed cottage that has been beautifully renovated.
Serenity is only a few minutes away from the beach,
lovely rock pools and local children’s playground.
This charming cottage is also situated nearby to the traditional and colourful houses, art galleries,
antique and craft shops of Pittenweem’s high street.
Serenity is tastefully furnished to the highest standard, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has a light, open plan lounge and dining area. The new kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine / tumble drier, gorgeous granite work surfaces - everything you would expect from a top quality holiday cottage.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom - particulary useful if you have elderly relatives staying. They are both right next to the bathroom which has luxury bath /shower The first floor also has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have wonderful views over South Loan, towards its quaint cottages, with their red pan-tiled roofs and crow-stepped gable ends. The double bedroom is a bright room with en-suite facilities including a shower. Bedroom 4 is a twin-bedded room which is next to the new family bathroom.
The cottage benefits from central heating throughout. An enclosed garden will help you all to relax and enjoy those lighter evenings in Scotland.
Serenity is only a minutes walk away from the centre of this pretty village - which benefits from facilities such as a post office, general store, fruit and veg shop, butcher, bakery, fish & chip shop, florist, chemist, hairdresser, several family friendly pubs and coffee houses etc.
Serenity is next door to Sea Whisper, which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sleeps 4. If you are a large group holidaying together you could rent both cottages - so you can each have your own space. Both of these cottages are located nearby to several other cottages we have available - Admiralty House (sleeps 8/10), Harbour Lights (sleeps 6), Harbour View (sleeps 4), and Tranquility (sleeps 2).
